If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you have 28 days to return your product for a refund.
CHANNEL ISLANDS & UK RETURNS
- Items can be returned within 28 days of receipt of your order.
- Returned item(s) can be tried on for sizing but not worn for activity, soiled, or damaged in any way and must be 'as sold'. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition we will return it to you.
- You do not need to contact us to notify us of your return unless the item is faulty or is outside of our 28- day policy.
- Goods must be packaged securely to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
- The responsibility and liability of the goods remains with you until our warehouse is in receipt of the goods.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items bought from one of our stockists. You must return the item for a refund or exchange via the store it was purchased from.
- All returns must be sent using the return form included with your original delivery. If you have lost the returns form, please download and print one from here.
- All returns must include your ‘FT’ order reference number and any applicable contact information, either on the outer package, or enclosed alongside the item. Please note, your order number begins with ‘FT’. Failure to add this may result in a delay in processing your return and refund.
- You will receive your refund to your original payment method within 10- 15 days from the day you return your item.
- Returns are at your own cost. We strongly recommend you use a service that provides a certificate of postage and a tracking number.

- Unfortunately, we are unable to exchange any items. Please return the goods for a full refund and then place a new order with us. We will charge the appropriate delivery charge on your new order.
