Returns and Exchanges
Christmas gifts purchased between 20th October and 20th December can be returned up until 15th January. After this time our standard policy applies.
- When returning goods, they must arrive with us undamaged and in the condition they were received in.
- The responsibility and liability of all items remains with you until we are in receipt of the goods.
- It is recommended that you return by registered post.
- Return postage costs must be fully paid for by the customer
- Unfortunately we are unable to exchange any items. Please return the goods for a full refund and then place a new order with us. We will charge the appropriate delivery charge on your new order.
- If requesting a credit for the returned items, this will be processed via your original payment method once item/s are received and are in appropriate condition. All returns must include our order reference number and any applicable contact information.

To ship the Product back to First Tactical, please take the following steps:
- Include a copy of the original proof of purchase or receipt
- Include a brief description of the problem
- Mark or identify the defective item with a piece of masking tape (if applicable)
- Ship the product to the following address:

Please ship the product freight prepaid and insured (First Tactical UK assumes no responsibility for products during shipment from the customer to our Warranty Department and shipping charges are not refundable).
If First Tactical determines that the Product is defective, First Tactical will either replace the product or repair the product. All determinations made by First Tactical will be within our sole discretion and will be final.
